As all our products are handcrafted with care, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. This ensures that your products are prepared fresh and meet our high-quality standards.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer fast, reliable delivery through FedEx and USPS to ensure your Phytika Botanique orders arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping – 3–5 business days$8.95
    (Includes USPS First-Class and FedEx Ground options depending on package weight.)

  • Expedited Shipping – 2 business days$14.95

  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor the delivery status of your package on the FedEx or USPS website.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us at support@phytikabotanique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with FedEx to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Phytika Botanique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your handcrafted skincare products, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
