Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item in your order.
To ensure the safety and integrity of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are proven to be defective.
